On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Company’s establishment, IIST organized a team-building program combining visiting Sapa – City in the mist, located in Lao Cai Province, Vietnam at the end of October 2022.
The travel lasted three days with the theme “Discover yourself – Conquer the peak” attracted IIST’s members to participate. During this trip, IIST-ers discovered Lao Cai province with many breathtaking and fascinating tourist attractions, including the Fanxipan summit, Ham Rong mountain, Stone Church, Cat Cat Village, Milestone 102 Lao Cai International Border Gate, Coc Leu Boundary Market, etc and enjoyed the traditional food as well.
IIST participants had a blast at the H’Mong football field playing challenging games and competing in hilarious challenges under the motto “Work hard – Play hard.” To win the games, teams needed not only physical strength but also intelligence, most importantly, coordination between teammates. IIST-ers have had the opportunity to connect, foster teamwork and empathy, and inspire personal self-motivation and explosion.
Last but not least, the highlight of our vacation was the Gala Dinner “IIST’s 10th Anniversary”. We celebrated this unique milestone by sharing toasts and participating in “homegrown” literary events at the Gala. Although IIST Company has experienced many difficulties and challenges since the 10-year journey of operation, IIST-ers have always promoted the united spirit and made their best effort to contribute to Company’s success at present as well as in the future.
The wonderful team-building excursion left a lot of unforgettable memories in each IIST-er. In our IIST-shared home, we will create incredible memories and achieve even more remarkable accomplishments.
