1. Job description:

– Performing reception work: Telephone operator, instructing customers / partners to work at the Company.

– Perform administrative tasks: record keeping, management of office equipment, infrastructure, air tickets, hotels … for employees to work, organize meetings and events of the company.

– Asset and equipment management: Planning to procure, monitor and manage assets, equipment, stationery at the office.

– Supporting personnel work: timekeeping, employee records management and labor contracts.


2. Required qualifications:

Good-looking female and appearance, graduated from college or higher specialized in economics, foreign languages ​​and office administration.

– Candidates with experience in administrative reception are an advantage.

– Ability to organize work and manage time well.

– Good communication and teamwork.

-Good conversational English.

– Proficient in MS Office, being able to use photoshop is an advantage.

– Quick, hard, enthusiastic and proactive in work.
